A clearer way to create, share and manage invoices
Create invoices, share a public invoice page, and keep the invoice record and status in one Wasiku dashboard.

The problem with scattered invoices
A business creates an invoice and sends it to a customer. Later, the customer asks for it again, the business cannot immediately confirm its status, or a staff member has to search through old messages and files.
The invoice may be correct. The problem is that its creation, sharing and follow-up happen in different places.
As the number of customers grows, this becomes difficult to manage. Staff may keep separate spreadsheets, search through message histories or repeatedly ask colleagues whether a particular customer has paid.
A more organised invoicing process begins by keeping the invoice record and its current status in one place.
Create the invoice from your Wasiku dashboard
Wasiku lets you create and manage invoices from your dashboard. You can select the customer and enter the relevant line items, quantities and prices.
This creates a central invoice record that your team can return to when reviewing what was billed. It also reduces the need to recreate invoice details whenever a customer requests another copy.
Each invoice has a public page that can be shared with the customer. The customer does not need access to your Wasiku dashboard or a separate customer account to open it.
Share the invoice through an appropriate channel
After creating the invoice, your business can share its public link with the customer through an appropriate customer channel.
Where your organisation has configured WhatsApp messaging, your team can use that connected channel for customer communication.
WhatsApp sending depends on your organisation maintaining a working connection and on the messaging provider accepting the message. Wasiku does not guarantee that every message will be delivered, opened or acted on.
Review invoice status from one place
The Wasiku dashboard gives your team a central place to review invoices and their recorded statuses.
Instead of relying only on email threads, individual staff messages or a separate spreadsheet, an authorised team member can open the invoice record and see the information currently recorded against it.
This can help answer practical questions such as:
- Which customer was invoiced?
- What items or services were included?
- What amount was billed?
- What status is currently recorded?
- Does the payment record need to be updated or followed up?
Wasiku should not be described as automatically confirming every customer payment. The product does not currently provide universal online invoice checkout or automatic bank-transfer reconciliation. Depending on the payment method used by the business, a staff member may still need to verify the payment and update the relevant record.
Make invoice follow-up easier to manage
Wasiku does not remove every reason to follow up with a customer. A customer may still delay payment, miss a message or request that the invoice be shared again.
What changes is the starting point for your team. Staff can return to the existing invoice record instead of rebuilding the invoice or searching across several disconnected tools.
When follow-up is necessary, the business can work from the invoice information and status already recorded in the dashboard.
A simpler invoicing workflow
- Create the invoice in the Wasiku dashboard.
- Add the customer and invoice items.
- Share the public invoice page through an appropriate channel.
- Review the invoice and its recorded status from the dashboard.
- Update the invoice or related payment record after your team has verified payment, where applicable.
- Follow up with the customer when necessary.
For businesses that issue invoices regularly, Wasiku provides a clearer way to create, share and manage those records from one operational dashboard.
