What we collect

When you create a Wasiku account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and organization name. When you upload contacts, we store those phone numbers and names on your behalf. When you send messages, we store delivery records so you can see exactly who received what.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the platform, deliver your messages, process your payments, and send you important account notifications. We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not use your contacts for any purpose other than delivering the messages you ask us to send.

How we protect it

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each organization can only see its own contacts, messages, and wallet. Our database enforces strict access controls so no organization can ever access another organization's data.

Opt-outs

Any contact who replies STOP to a message is immediately removed from future sends. This happens automatically, with no action needed from you. You can also manually opt out any contact from your dashboard at any time.
