Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 August 2026

Using Wasiku

Wasiku is a messaging platform operated by Kobopad Limited (RC 9701259). By creating an account, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and only to send messages to people who have a genuine relationship with your organization.

Wasiku Ask and your responsibilities

Wasiku Ask helps businesses manage customer conversations, forms, requests, orders, payment proof, and status updates through WhatsApp. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions for the customer data and content you use with Ask, including obtaining any consent or other lawful basis required to contact customers and collect their information.

What you must not do

You must not use Wasiku to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that is false, misleading, abusive, or illegal. You must not contact people who have opted out, misuse payment proof, upload malicious files, or use the service to unlawfully handle sensitive data. We may investigate and suspend or restrict an account where necessary to protect customers, the platform, or comply with the law.

Subscriptions and Ask usage

Ask plans include the conversation volume, forms, and team access shown at purchase. Usage resets according to the applicable billing cycle. If your included usage is exhausted or your plan expires, we may restrict new customer activity until you upgrade or renew; existing history remains available subject to these terms. Prices, payment methods, renewal terms, and any refund policy presented at checkout form part of your purchase.

Your wallet and credits

Wallet credits are non-refundable except in cases where a technical failure on our side prevented delivery. Credits do not expire. If we are unable to deliver a message through any channel, the credit for that message is returned to your wallet automatically.

Your content and data

You retain responsibility for the content and customer data you provide. You grant Wasiku a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the services. You should export any records you need to retain before closing your workspace. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work hard to keep Wasiku available at all times. If we experience downtime, we will communicate clearly and honestly about what happened and when it will be fixed. We do not guarantee 100% uptime but we guarantee honesty.

Third-party services and liability

Some parts of Wasiku rely on third parties, including WhatsApp, payment processors, and internet or mobile networks. Their availability or policies may affect the service. To the extent permitted by law, Wasiku is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, termination and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. If you do not agree with an update, stop using Wasiku before it takes effect. You may close your account at any time; we may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or required by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
