Using Wasiku

Wasiku is a messaging platform operated by Kobopad Limited (RC 9701259). By creating an account, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and only to send messages to people who have a genuine relationship with your organization.

What you must not do

You must not use Wasiku to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that is false, misleading, abusive, or illegal. You must not send messages to people who have opted out. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension with no refund of wallet credits.

Your wallet and credits

Wallet credits are non-refundable except in cases where a technical failure on our side prevented delivery. Credits do not expire. If we are unable to deliver a message through any channel, the credit for that message is returned to your wallet automatically.

Availability

We work hard to keep Wasiku available at all times. If we experience downtime, we will communicate clearly and honestly about what happened and when it will be fixed. We do not guarantee 100% uptime but we guarantee honesty.
